Marcato Pasta machine Otello 2022 Champagne is made of anodized aluminum and the champagne color is obtained through an anodic oxidation process so as not to stain the pasta. The base and knobs on the handle are made of solid wenge wood. It gives a vintage look while maintaining the typical stability and strength of Marcato products.
The wood is treated with oil to increase resistance and durability over time.
